CAKES AND JAMS
Located in Arrens at the foot of the Col des Bordères, Atelier du Confiturier has been making artisanal jams and pastries for 20 years.

As for pastries: blueberry pies, Basque cakes, (almond or cherry cream), blueberry pies (or chocolate or plain), lemon meringue pies, raspberry meringue pies. Remember to book the day before noon.
Every Thursday morning in the summer, from 10 am to 11:30 am, it is the "Jam lesson": demonstration of making a seasonal jam, with as many explanations as possible. It's free and without reservation (and a bit technical ...).
The Workshop is open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Sunday (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
Come visit us, our shop allows us to see us making jams and / or pastries!
